18A – Create a Customer Avatar
My customer avatar in nick, a 38-year-old man. Nick lives in
Aventura Florida with his wife Nicole and his two children, Maya and Arik. Nick
is a very diligent real-estate agent who wakes up in the morning every day
during the week at 9:00am and drives to work is his silver Toyota. His hobbies
are drawing surfing hiking, camping, going to the movies, and eating out with
his family. Nick has a young soul which can reflect on his T.V. series preferences,
which are mostly cartoons especially Disney movies.
The only similarities between my and my customer avatar, nick,
are that we have almost the exact same hobbies. On some level I think this is
not simply a matter of coincidence. In my opinion I have subconsciously created
a customer avatar with the same hobbies as mine because I want to solve
problems of people like me.

ReplyDeleteYou made a very specific description of your customer avatar. You specified his hobbies and his lifestyle.
One thing I could suggest would be to include that his car gets too hot when he goes for lunch or leaves work and it really ruins driving for him sometimes. Or something that shows a connection to the product.
I really liked that you explained the fact that you customer’s hobbies are similar to yours. It just seemed interesting to me because it shows self-awareness.
